As you analysis your research you need to consider three
questions.
Who is my market?
Why will they buy from me?
How will I provide the products for them?
When you are starting a new business you are going to be in
direct competition with established businesses. You will be
trying to sell your product alongside well known Guru’s. Your
name isn’t going to be well known and people will want to know
they can trust you. People will be asking questions even if
they are only in their mind.
Is it a new or unique product?
Is the price cheaper than other people’s products?
What is the guarantee with the product?
Is it a better quality product?
